It is not uncommon, for several decades to elapse between the idea for a project and its actual delivery. Ellipse Projects supports its customers right from the structuring of their project financing. Since 2011, our teams have built up trusting relationships with leading international banks and specialized insurers. These privileged relationships prove decisive in enabling our customers to obtain structured export financing, integrating the specific features of each project.

MOCI 2022 prize
Ellipse projects won, in 2022, the “export financing” prize at the 13th edition of MOCI awards for exporters societies. Each year, the prize is awarded to an organization that has set up effective export financing tools.
For an ever more creative and collaborative approach, our teams rely on an innovative work methodology: BIM (Building Information Modeling). Developed around a configurable digital model, the BIM method mobilizes several technologies: 3D, virtual reality, augmented reality and 5D.
In particular, the tool makes it possible to operate with an innovative solution based on the use of structured databases, coupled with digital mock-up software. The process makes it possible to visualize every aspect of a project before construction begins. The technical characteristics of each element (intrinsic specifications, sizing, materials, maintenance program, etc.) can be consulted on screen, and the corresponding database can be easily structured.
As the project develops throughout the workflow process, this tool permits an efficient collaboration between the different teams involved (architects, purchasing, etc.) and with several partners. This streamlines every stage of production.
