In response to the lasting impacts of the war in Ukraine, France’s Treasury Department launched the Ukraine Fund in 2023, a €200 million programme aimed at financing urgent projects in strategic sectors such as healthcare, energy and water.
As part of this initiative, Ellipse Projects, working in partnership with Ginger International, was selected to lead a medical rehabilitation project across two hospital sites in the Vinnytsia oblast, a region in western Ukraine near the Moldovan border.
